The challenge we have most often found is that small business owners do not have time to learn what it takes to make sure their business are found on an internet search. For instance, if someone is looking for a “dry cleaner” near their house – they typically will go to their computer and type in to the search box (most often in Google) the words “dry cleaner”.
Then they will look at the first ten listings (if they even look that far…) and go to that business.
So the critical factors for the dry cleaner owner are two – 1) Know what word(s) your customers will type in the search engine (your KEYWORDS) and 2) How to get placed in the top 5 spots (SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION).
