We all start businesses to make money. That’s it. (We are not talking non profit here…)

So when I am asked to consult with a business, the first thing I look for is ways to immediately increase revenue.

One of the most often overlooked resources business owners have is their existing customers. We have all heard it is much easier to sell to an existing customer than find a new one!

And – the easiest way to sell to existing customers is to create a relationship with – make them feel special.

Use Email!

The vast majority of businesses either do not collect emails or do not properly utilize them. With the software available today it is way too easy to create a community of “preferred” customers, create a relationship with them, and offer discounts and bargains to dramatically increase revenue – very quickly.

We regularly do this for our clients – often creating revenue within a month or less.
